1. Eligibility Criteria
This website and our business is not directed at children. Users operating this website may be treated as they are of legal age eligible to use this website and they must be over the age of 18 years.
2. Registration and Security
User registration and login is must before placing an order on the website. You are accountable for maintaining the security of the password you create during registration and for all activities conducted under your account. If your account or password is used unauthorizedly without your consent the company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
3. Nature of Business :
The Company is engaged in trading, marketing and distribution of food products manufactured by third parties or contract manufacturers under applicable FSSAI licences. The Company does not manufacture food products unless expressly stated.
4. Product Information:
Product descriptions, ingrédients, nutritional values and shelf life are provided as per information received from manufacturers and FSSAI compliant labels. Images and illustrations are indicative and actual products may vary due to batch, packaging or regulatory updates.
5. Orders and Acceptance:
Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website. Minimum Order is Rs.300/-and no limit for maximum place of order. Order confirmation will be sent via email or communication channel used. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in certain circumstances. Bulk orders and wholesale inquiries are welcome . All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel orders without assigning reasons. Orders once confirmed shall not be cancelled except with written consent.
6. Pricing and Terms of Payment
The prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees inclusive of GST. Based on the website’s specification of prices, Payment for orders must be made. The payment is unconditional and irreversible. After confirmation of the payment the order will be placed for shipping. Shipping and delivery charges are not included in the listed prices. After placing an order, based on the location, the delivery/ shipping charges, if any, shall be shown at checkout. The company reserves the right to correct the wrong product description or prices before shipping the product order. Price changes, if any, will be posted on the website. If prices change after you place an order, you are not required to pay the new price.
7. Online Sales & Delivery Clause:
Products are sold by Star Trading 4s Foods Pvt. Ltd, a food products trading company duly registered under applicable laws and holding valid FSSAI licence. All products are dispatched in sealed condition as per food safety norms. Risk in the goods passes upon handover to the delivery partner/ Customer.
8. Limitation of Returns (Food Products)
In accordance with food safety and consumer protection laws, food products are non- returnable once delivered except in cases of wrong supply, damaged packing or expired goods. Taste, smell or personal preference is not a valid return for packaged food.
9. Rules for Prohibited uses:
You are prohibited from using the website or its content to a) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell, lease, translate, disassemble, or otherwise exploit the website or any portion thereof, b) to upload or publish any content that violates the legal rights of others, c) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, d) to upload or distribute viruses, bugs, trap doors, dangerous code, or other similar software or programs that may impair the operation of the website or another person’s computer, e) to make defamatory, disparaging, inappropriate, or indecent comments,f) to access information or materials on this site through unauthorized means.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access to the website if the user violates any of these Terms. User can terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the website. User must settle any outstanding payments to Company before termination.
11. Modification of Terms and Conditions
We amend these Terms without notifying users. The updated terms and conditions become effective when posted on the website. If you find the revised terms and conditions unacceptable, you must stop using the service. Continuing to use the website show your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Star Trading 4s Foods Pvt Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from and against any and all losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms and conditions, violation of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
