1.Add vada mix to 150 ml of water & make
batter.Add finely chopped onions, green
chilli, curry leaves of your choice to the
batter.

2.Rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.Take 2 to 3
tbsp. of batter and make into doughnut
shape.

3.Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown
colour and serve hot.
