1.Add Rava idly mix to 220 ml of water
to form the batter. (may partially
replace water with sour curd.

2.Set aside for 5 minutes.Pour batter in
to idly moulds and Steam for 10-12
minutes on high flame.

3.Garnish with butter and serve hot.
